| WHAT IS THE TOTAL UNIT LEVEL INVESTMENT? |
| Your total investment per restaurant will vary. An average may be between 323,500 and 427,000 per unit depending on location build-out. These figures are an approximation and will be influenced by numerous factors including the size of the restaurant, number of seats, local cost conditions, landlord allowances, deposits, etc. |

| DOES TOSSED OFFER AREA DEVELOPMENT AGREEMENTS? |
| Yes. We are currently looking for Area Developers with the experience and drive to develop new markets. |

| CAN I HAVE EXCLUSIVE RIGHTS TO A COUNTY OR STATE? |
| Yes. Depending on market availability and your financial resources, Area Development Agreements can be negotiated that provide exclusivity for you. |

| WHAT TERRITORIES ARE AVAILABLE? |
| Currently we are selling franchises nationwide with the focus on high population areas. Please contact our franchise sales department to determine if your market is still available. |

| DO I HAVE TO HAVE RESTAURANT EXPERIENCE? |
| No. Although a food background is certainly helpful, it is not required but we do highly suggest your operator be experienced in day to day food service operations. We are looking for franchisees that have a strong business background that can operate multiple units and build our brand. Tossed is an ideal expansion vehicle for existing, knowledgeable operators. More importantly than experience in the food service industry, you should have the following qualities: A customer service orientation, the ability to train and motivate, enthusiasm, energy and the willingness to follow our successfully proven systems. |

| WHAT STANDARDS DOES TOSSED SET FOR ME? |
| You will find that Tossed has taken care of every aspect of the experience for you, including: interior design, layout, menu, recipes, health and safety standards, food suppliers, product specifications and advertising. Your adherence to these standards is what will make your Tossed franchise a success. The consistency and quality of these standards not only creates and reinforces the brand, but also insures that our guests have The best experience, at any Tossed location, each and every time. |

| WHAT SUPPORT WILL BE PROVIDED TO ME? |
| Our franchise core is designed to provide you with the tools and support you need to make Tossed the first choice for people who love to eat healthy. The support begins before you open your restaurant with a development team who will assist in creating The Tossed environment, followed by a training team to train your management and staff on how to provide your guests with The best experience possible. Once your restaurant is open, ongoing follow up support will be provided to insure that systems and specifications are in place. |

| WHAT TYPE OF MARKETING HELP DO I GET? |
| From the “Coming soon” stage to your 10 year anniversary, at Tossed, you’ll have access to our Vice President of Marketing who will develop and help implement innovative marketing programs and initiatives to enhance the Tossed brand in your market. Attracting and keeping new customers is the number one goal for your growth. |

| DO I QUALIFY? |
Although restaurant experience is preferred, your excellent management skills can be adapted through The Tossed training programs. You must have a thorough knowledge of the market in which you wish to open your franchise and it is preferable that you have lived in the city, as well as know the business and cultural climate. Please note that a population base of approximately 50,000 people is suggested for a new location.
You need to have sufficient unencumbered capital. Although the amount will vary from location to location depending on the specific business, your combined net worth should be a minimum of $1 million with at least 350K liquid. If you are interested in a territory or multiple restaurants, the following additional criteria must be in place.
- A development agreement which will specify the number of sites and the time period in which they must be built.
- The financial ability to operate more than one restaurant.
- The management capability and personnel to operate the desired number of restaurants in the territory or multiple restaurants.
